Pallet Forks FAQs
Full Taper and Polished forks are designed to reduce friction when loading and unloading pallets. The tapered shape allows the forks to slide under the pallet more easily, while the polished surface reduces friction between the pallet and the forks.
Bucket forks are designed to attach to the bucket of a skid steer loader or tractor. They allow the operator to lift and move pallets or other materials without having to switch between a bucket and pallet forks.
Shaft or Pin type forks are similar to ITA forks but have a different mounting system. Instead of a hook and pin system, they have a solid shaft or pin that slides into the forklift carriage. They are typically used on older forklifts or machines that require a specific type of mounting system.
(International Standard for Mounting Class II) forks are the most common type of pallet forks used on forklifts and other material handling equipment. They have a standardized mounting system that allows them to be easily attached and detached from the machine. They come in a variety of lengths and weight capacities.
-
Block Forks: Block forks are designed to handle large blocks of material, such as concrete blocks or large bags of material. They have a wider width and thicker forks than standard pallet forks.
-
Blank Forks: Blank forks are designed without any additional features or attachments. They are simply straight forks used for lifting and moving pallets or other materials.
